Bird Chatter And Dreaming.

I kept working on my colourful birds and they inspired me so much that I turned some of them into pendants like this little guy to the right (click on thumbnail image to enlarge). I am enjoying having all the colours flying around in my studio, hehe. This one here is the first really colourful one and I had some Black & White ones in the works (click image below), too.
A little dreaming bird because one can never quite dream enough be it by day or night. The
pendants themselves feel almost like porcelain and they make that clinking sound, too when one lies them on the table.
Day dreaming is so so so important and I stopped dreaming when I was a kid because as it is one is told it's not a good thing and having your head in the clouds all the time is a dangerous thing to do, being told "Ah yeah, keep on dreaming!" or "In your dreams!"... the whole nine yards. No wonder that I used to be so negative, pessimsitic and gave up before I had even started which was the kiss of death for any idea or project. I didn't day dream, I had become too realistic and pragmatic. Being an introvert and shy didn't help as you can imagine and things didn't go all too well for me. I slowly changed all this over the past years breaking free from these false beliefs that were holding me back.
Day dreaming after all is the most important thing on one's path to success along with one's intuition because how else do you want to make it when you can't envision yourself in your big dream far away in the future?! It is one of the many languages of the soul. Building castles in the sky is the best thing you can do and then all you need to do is build it's foundation!
Ok, enough chatter now, I need to get some more work done on my castle's foundation here and it's time for a cup of tea, some cookies and yes... some more day dreaming! I wonder what you're dreaming about? Whatever it is carry on and build your sky castle's foundation! I bet you anything that it is magnificent!!

About dreamning... great thoughts. I can't find my thoughts on the subject today though. :-/
My leaf pendant arrived last week - it's even more beautiful in person! It looks like a little peice of tile, and it's so detailed for something so small! Thanks Tine :)
